CANCELLATON AND NO-SHOW POLICY Cancellations must be sent to the resort’s Reservations Department via e-mail and should be acknowledged by a duly recognized/ authorized associate. Cancellations made thru telephone or emailed to any non-designated email address/telephone number may not be considered a confirmed cancellation. Please see below the cancellation and no-show policy that will apply accordingly.
Early departures (before their scheduled check-out date) will be charged for the remaining nights. The Resort reserves the right to make changes in the cut-off period from time to time as necessary.
