All reservations must be sent with the following complete details:

  • Full name of each guest (Surname first followed by First name)
  • Age of each child/ children traveling, (if applicable)
  • Arrival Date
  • Departure Date

Reservation’s amendments must be received by the resort 72 hours before arrival date either via e-mail or fax to the designated numbers mentioned above. Please confirm receipt of your amendments to ensure that these are processed accordingly.

1. All rates are quoted in Philippine Peso and INCLUSIVE of 12% VAT, 0.55% local tax and 6.5% Service Charge. Please take note that the service charge and applicable taxes may change without prior notice.

2. Rates are inclusive of breakfast and transfers for:

  • Deluxe: 2 Adults and 2 Children or 2 Adults and 1 Child using existing bed arrangements of either a king or double bed. No extra bed arrangement.
  • Suite: 2 Adults and 2 Children or 3 Adults and 1 Child using existing bed arrangements of either a king or double bed and a sofa bed. No extra bed arrangement.
  • Villas: 3 Adults and 2 Children or 4 Adults and 1 Child using existing bed arrangements of either a king or double beds and a sofa bed. Extra bed is subject to availability.

3. Early check-in policies

✓ For Guests arriving before 7am - Full day room charge will be applied

✓ For guest arriving after 7am or before the standard check in time –

  • PHP 2500 net use of hospitality room* only
  • PHP 4500 net use of hospitality room* with breakfast for 2 adult and 2 children (12YO and below)
  • Extra person can avail of breakfast at 15% off from the published

*Hospitality room is defined as Run of House wash up room in-case the room booked is not yet available upon guest arrival.


4. Rates are subject to room availability and may be closed out subject to management discretion.

5. All room requirements shall be blocked upon receipt of the signed proposal.

6. A Php 3000 surcharge per night will be applied on Super Peak, Close out Dates and selected weekends (Thurs to Sat).

7. Dining credit is non-convertible to cash nor can be used to settle for room or incidental charges.

The local government of Aklan has mandated that all local and foreign tourists entering Boracay Island are to be charged an Environmental and Terminal Fees payable to the Caticlan Jetty Port and Boracay Cagban Jetty Port:

  • Local Guests/Expats with ID – PHP 350 net per person (environmental of Php 150 and terminal fees of Php 200)
  • Foreign Guests –PHP 500 net per person (environmental of Php 300 and terminal fees of Php 200)

Cancellations must be sent to the resort’s Reservations Department via e-mail and should be acknowledged by a duly recognized/ authorized associate. Cancellations made thru telephone or emailed to any non-designated email address/telephone number may not be considered a confirmed cancellation.
